The doctor was late and still on the phone when I came in. The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes, and the doctor just told me to take some Nurofen Plus, but I remained sick for 5 days.
Besides, the receptionist told me that this would be refunded by Bupa, but I was actually refunded less than 50% of the cost.
Extremely disappointed, they seem to be more interested in making money than taking care of their patients.
