  1 star base because they serve food that you eat with your fingers, but there is no basin and sink available to wash your hands before/after eating.
  
  +1 star added to acknowledge that the burgers are consistently delicious.
  
  -1 star because there was a long black hair in my burger.
  
  You have one job Grill'd...
  
  Note: I did ask about washing my hands here and they kindly told me to go find a public toilet.
  Note(2): Would be 4 star review if I could wash my greasy hands after eating.

  Always have the best service at this place. The crew have always had the most amazing customer service. Food has never failed in being delicious, fresh and hot. Worth far far more than 5 starts deadset

  Always a treat for the kids to come here.i love their low carb burger option. Ingredients are fresh and burgers made to order. Their kids burger meal is a very affordable $8 and most burgers are about $15. Service is friendly and attentive and plenty of seating available. We will definitely be back!

  Great place, fantastic service although some of the current COVID-19 parameters are not followed, by customers and by staff.
  Also food preparation were prompt yet not all we ordered were delivered, but that's okay.
  Overall we had a great time and very nice seating arrangement.

  Had the Simon says chicken burger and it was great. The chips are nice too. The staff are helpful. They have a great charity donation thing going too.

  Tasty burgers and at a fairly reasonable price for the city. Chips were great with rosemary seasoning. Service was friendly and quick. Great place for a quick bite and go.

  Wandered in at about 9pm on a Friday night. Left standing at the counter for 10mins. Not a service person in sight. Restaurant was a mess. Service person appeared, assumed that I was with the group also waiting for service behind me. She said ‘don’t mind me I’m fine’. Was expecting ‘what can I get for you?’ not sarcasm. Food turned up. Was cold so I ate two bites and left. Won’t be back.

  Being a Grill’d fan, my fave is “Simply Grilled” burger in a low carb sesame seed bun with 4 Pines Pale Ale aside. Add tasty cheese for a perfect balance. The burger was moist, medium cooked with the bun lightly toasted and crispy outside. The freshness of ingredients were well and truly felt. If, like me, you hate greasy aftertaste and you are after heartiest and tastiest burger in the Southern Hemisphere this is your best option. The experience is “simply sensational”, the feeling is light and joyous. This was the best burger I had in a decade.

  Stay away from the poutine! Trust this Canadian. Good Tasmanian cider though.
