One of the worst customer service experienced by me in Australia. I had brought a chain for my girlfriend. The chain broke 2 times and she had to go 2 times to fix it. The 3rd time they refused to repair it for free and said they would buy it 'for a scrap' (exact words used) if she wanted it returned/replaced.
My advice- Please do not waste your time and money.
