- Sakerele Added October 14, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I only decided to purchase flowers from here because it was one block away from the delivery address. I had specifically requested an AM delivery.
They delivered a great bunch of flowers, but at 5:30pm. The Recipient had already left the building and had to drive back to collect.
In addition, the message that accompanied the flowers was incorrect. At POS, I realized the message hadn't pulled through correctly so sent a follow up email with the correct message. The Operations manager responded with confirmation that the message would be corrected. But this didn't happen.
I did follow up with feedback on the service and my service fee was refunded, but all in all I don't think the $10 refund was adequate compensation for the complete lack of service along with the dissapointed recipient.
Needless to say, I wont be using the Petals network again!
