  $62 dollars later, this is what you get… 4 half washed wheels and the rest. I’d suggest a bit more care and attention to detail

  The team at star always do a great job for great value! Super easy to drop in while I'm at the gym and done by the time I'm finished. Very convenient and always friendly.

  I spilt milk on my chair and floor. They said don't worry it's all gone. Went to a detailer a couple days later and so much milk came out. He said they didn't even try.....the wash and clean I got also was trash. Don't waste your hard earned moneys here xx

  I had my car washed at Westfield Miranda Hollywood Avenue on Tuesday 16 May. I truly believe the price of $62 is very expensive! I don’t understand why you charge such a high price for a regular car wash in which other car wash places charge much less. Also I mentioned to the front desk staff member to have my boot vacuum cleaned too. This did not happen! In the future I’ll be going elsewhere to have my car washed!

  I turned up this morning for an extirpated car wash. Quoted on their wall $30 for a sedan exterior only.
  
  The owner of the wash then told me it’s $80. I said I only want a wash nothing extra and I was told the leaves in grill and the rooftop with possible sap/bird droppings were extra to clean. It’s a car wash so pretty sure we don’t go in with a clean car. I had had a polish 1.5 months ago so the ease to remove dirt is made easier for him. I was tired and needed to get shopping done and explained this and just wanted the car washed for what they advertise. He asked me ro stop being rude. He didn’t care I my brain couldn’t cope. Speaking to customers like this and giving false advertising is not only unethical but this is not customer service. I obviously left and I would suggest anyone using this car wash ensures they ask questions about their misleading prices. Car washes are the clean cars, it’s not rocket science and this company is will be reported to ACCC
